Victory Honda Hockey and MAHA require all players, coaches, managers, and volunteers to register for USA Hockey.

Register before having contact with VHA players.

If You are Volunteering, Complete Safesport Training

USA Safesport Training is required for all coaches, managers, volunteers, and players.

Complete this online training, print and submit your certificate to VHA Administration before having contact with VHA players.

Consent to Treat Required for Every Player

Victory Honda Hockey is required to have a Consent to Treat form for every player.

USA Liability Release Required for Every Player

Victory Honda Hockey is required to have a USA Liability Release form for every player.

Tier 1 Elite Player Contract Required for Every Player

As a member of the Tier 1 Elite League, all Victory Honda Hockey players are required to complete and sign the Tier 1 player contract.
